The past month of my life has been quite... Interesting. (When isn't it?) One of the things that I've been working on is building my team so that I can continue to grow my business, and I have to tell you... It's one of the best things that I've ever done.
The problem I had before was trying to do everything on my own. While it can be empowering to feel like you can literally handle your business, the problem comes in when you're doing all this work and still not making the kind of progress that you want to make. I was getting so tired of working around the clock every day of the week, but looking at what was Done and feeling like I barely put a dent in any of my projects. So, let me be the first to tell you (and hear me out) that you're not doing yourself any favors trying to do it all.
On that note, I want to share a few things to think about (now or for the future) when it comes to building a team.
